Fabulous experience ☺️ Took my young grandchildren yesterday. What a lovely experience. Staff were helpful and polite. There is so much to do in addition to the Train ride. For example , children could make their own dens, outdoor games, punting( book online) nature and fairy trails - which my grandchildren loved. There are plenty of places to sit. Food is lovely and reasonable. A special shout out must go to the Elf Frosty and of course , his side kick Bubblegum. His show was such good fun for both the children and adults alike. Highly recommend We had an amazing day yesterday. The whole Venue has been very well thought out for youngsters. A special thank you to all the staff, from the gentleman who greeted us to the lady at the end cleaning and tidying everything away, a special mention for Andy and Peter on the railway for helping my grandson have the most magical experience, they went above and beyond.

Wholesome, reasonably priced family fun Our whole experience was great - easy booking, straight through the doors, onto the first train of the day. In the current heat, it was also a fantastic place to visit with the children. There was lots of natural shade within the trees (even over the playground - winner). Lots of picnic benches and places to eat. Rather quiet considering it was August too. Food options were reasonably priced too if you wanted to purchase there. We had an Enchanted visit! I took my granddaughters- 5 and 2. We had a brilliant day ending with the Enchanted rail ride which was fabulous and held their attention. Such good value for money. Can’t wait to come back and do the Hallowen train trip.

Lovely relaxed and magical day We had a lovely day at Audley End Enchanted railway. We went with four children aged 2-4 and three adults. The train ride was so magical. We enjoyed stopping off half way to join in with an interactive story and the small stars that the children received was a lovely touch. We watched one of the shows which the children loved and then went on the fairy trail. The children loved meeting the baby dragon on their walk around and loved the adventure play area and garden games. We spent 5 hours here and it was a lovely magical, relaxed day. A magical day out. We had a wonderful day, as we always do when we go. My grandson and I took his 6 year old daughter, who looks forward to it every year. This year we were lucky enough to go on the day the "real" unicorns were there - magical!! There's always something different. The staff are brilliant and always helpful.
