Our Steam Engines are back in action this weekend after a long 6 week break due to the very dry and hot weather conditions. It was too dangerous to risk running the engines in the dry weather as the fire risk was heightened immensely. You can take a ride on one of our Steam Engines at weekends and Wednesdays during our Summer Festival, come down to join in the fun!

If you would like to ride on one of our Steam Engines you can do so at weekends and Wednesdays during the Summer Holidays, everyday until the 3rd September. You are not guaranteed to board onto a Steam Engine as only one engine will be running along side another diesel engine, however we will do our best to get you onto one.

You can book for our Summer Festival here –
